What people ask

Is it safe to enter my mailbox password?

The password is stored encrypted and used solely to read mail over an encrypted IMAP connection. We recommend an app password you can revoke at any time. And if you'd rather not enter a password at all, just forward invoices to your unique VORU address.

I don't know my mail server — can I manage?

Yes. When adding a mailbox you simply pick your provider (Gmail, Outlook and others) and the technical details fill themselves in. The connection guide shows it step by step — and if you get stuck, write to us and we'll set it up with you.

Which banks do the QR payments work with?

All Slovak banks (PAY by square), Czech banks (QR Platba), Hungarian banks (MNB QR) and EPC/SEPA QR codes accepted by banking apps across the euro area, including Austria and Germany.

How do payments get marked as paid?

The most convenient way: forward your bank statement and VORU matches the payments itself. Or click the button right in the e-mail, reply "paid 3", or tick it off in the app — whatever suits you.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. Registration is card-free and everything is free for 14 days. If you decide to continue, you pay by card via Stripe.

I run several companies — can it cope?

Yes. Add any number of mailboxes for different companies to one account and everything comes together in one overview and one e-mail.

Is there a mobile app?
